Shipping policy

We are a UK based business and as a result we offer free standard shipping to domestic customers. 

Standard Shipping UK

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. Our free service is sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, typically this takes 2-4 business days. All orders are despatched the same working day before 4pm Monday to Friday. Any orders received after 4pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays. This service is upgraded to a fully tracked service on orders of £40 or more. 

Express Shipping UK

We offer a premium service sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked to the UK mainland for a fee of £3.99, or this service is free on orders in excess of £80.00. Typically this service takes 1-2 business days. 

We also offer a next day guaranteed service (before 1pm the next working day). This is charged at £7.99 and is also a Royal Mail service. 

International Shipping

For standard shipping into Europe we charge £6.99 per order. We use Royal Mail and this is a reliable delivery to Europe in 4 to 7 business days.  We offer an express option for £9.99 which will reduce the delivery time to 3 to 5 working days. 

For shipping to the US, Australia and the rest of the world we charge £7.99 per order. We use a combination of Royal Mail and Trans Global (depending on the destination) and this is a reliable delivery service that usually takes between 6 and 9 working days. 

We also offer an express service to the US, Australia and the rest of the world for a fee of £14.99 - typically this service takes between 5 and 7 working days. 

Please note that orders sent outside of the UK are currently shipped DUP and will be subject to local customs and duty charges. Following Britain's exit from the EU (Brexit), customers outside of the UK to mainland Europe may have to pay a customs tax and/or import charges, depending on the value of their order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country.
